Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping:
Aries Beauty ships throughout the United States. Shipping costs are calculated based on the items selected and the recipient’s mailing address. We use USPS and UPS as delivery carriers.
Order processing time is 24 to 48 business hours, and the estimated delivery time is 8 to 15 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.
Modifications and Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, you must notify us before it is processed.
The customer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address. Aries Beauty is not responsible for any errors in the delivery information that result in the loss or misplacement of the package.
Packages Marked as Delivered:
If the shipping company marks the package as “delivered” and the customer has not received it, or if the package is lost in transit, the customer must contact us via email at ariesbeauty50@gmail.com.
We will file the corresponding claim with the shipping company. This process may take between 12 and 18 business days.
Please note that refunds are not issued in these cases.
Packages Marked as Delivered:
If a customer receives a broken or spilled product, they must contact Aries Beauty on the same day of delivery by sending an email to ariesbeauty50@gmail.com, including:
- Order number.
- Images of the product clearly showing the damage.

Once the purchase is confirmed, refund requests are not accepted for any reason, except in the cases expressly described above.
